Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid orders above ₹599: Free shipping
Prepaid orders below ₹599: ₹60 flat shipping fee
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹60 COD handling fee applies regardless of order value

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available pan-India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order and make payment. Repeated refusals of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Partners

We ship via reputed courier partners including but not limited to Delhivery, Shiprocket, and DTDC. The courier assigned may vary by pin code and availability.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. Re-shipping charges will apply.
