At WeCuree Hair Care LLP, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our natural hair and skincare products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy:
Eligibility for Return: We accept returns for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wecuree.acc@gmail.com. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as WeCuree Hair Care LLP is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Policy:
Refund Eligibility: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Refund Method: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt. We may request photos of the damage. After reviewing, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
