Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident oiling with WeCuree. Here is how returns, replacements and refunds work.
Returns
Unopened, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because our oils are cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns of bottles that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons — unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect (see below).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email care@wecuree.in with your order number and reason for return. We reply within one business day with next steps.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received (where applicable), refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, or as store credit if you paid Cash on Delivery. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days across India, depending on your location. If a return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost.
